Portfolio Prep is a class for the serious art student who is working on a portfolio for High School scholarships or application to College art programs, or for professional development. Students work in a wide range of media including acrylic, oil, printmaking, drawing, and more. Students meet with the instructor at the beginning of each session for a review of work already produced and decide on what goals to pursue for each session. The fundamentals of design are incorporated into all projects and students are encouraged to work beyond what they already know. Each class is one and a half hours for four weeks.
